Spider-Man may have not been left in a good place at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, but we already know that he will be making a comeback!
That’s right, a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming is on its way, following on from the much-anticipated Avengers: Endgame.
The previous film saw Peter Parker (Tom Holland) go up against the Vulture/Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton), whilst grappling with the pitfalls of everyday life at school alongside his friend Ned (Jacob Batalon)
Along the way, Peter had advice and guidance from Iron Man himself, Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.)
Ultimately, Peter managed to bring the villain to justice, but as a result had to say goodbye to his romance with Toomes’ daughter, Liz (Laura Harrier).
The story came to a close with a hilarious cliffhanger as Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) screamed in shock as she realised Peter’s secret.
So what is next for the web-slinger in this all-new adventure post-Endgame?
The film is released in the US on July 5, while being released in European countries on July 4.
The UK release date has now been confirmed as July 2, 2019, meaning the UK sees it early!……..read more
